The two-storey Koh Samui villa is located within a 5-minute drive from Coral, Crystal and Chaweng Beach. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property. Free private parking is available for those who drive. The villa is composed of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a seating area and a private pool. It has views of the jungle, sunrise, mountains and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also an outdoor dining area. The two bathrooms come with shower facilities and one bathtub. Other amenities for guests convenience include a washer and a safety deposit box

The Villa is located in the Mountains, but just a 0.7km ride from beautiful Chaweng Noi Beach and Shops. We offer private driver services. Charged by destination starting from 300-600THB per Car (SUV or Minivan). 4 SUV and 2 Minivan in 24/7 standby and available on 30 minutes notice. Full-time Driver including a car can be booked at much lower prices. We do not recommend motorbikes. Motorbikes For experienced Drivers only and an underestimated risk. Grab and Navigo recommended alternatives.

Early checkin and late checkout is available subject to availability.

Barbecue (open fire) is not allowed in any of our villas. Unpredictable risks, dirt, smell and danger for Guests and the Villa. Guests can warm up food with a microwave, use an induction stove, a toaster, a Coffee maker, a oven and a hot water kettle in the kitchen. We provide onside chef service from 6.30am - 8.00pm.

Our Staff is available around the clock and happy to prepare fresh breakfast and any other meals upon request.

Housekeeping and the Change of towels and linen is provided every 3 days free of charge. Additional requested change of towels or linen will be charged.

Please remember that the villa is not a hotel, but a villa in a exquisite relaxed atmosphere in a private environment. Therefore we kindly ask your for the observance of our House Rules:

• Please respect our neighbours and avoid any noise between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am.
• Always respect the property and treat the content and the room with care. Use the villa only at the booked amount of guests. The reception as well as the treat of additional guests during daytime is allowed. Additional fees for an overnight stay of additional guests not included in initial booking apply.
• Celebrations can take place on request with the manager in an appropriate volume.
• Pets can be allowed on request with a confirmed agreement. Under no circumstances pets can use the pool.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Please use the designated outdoor areas on the terrace and balconies.
• Water and fibre optic internet is free and included in your booking price. Use the air-conditioners and electricity with care. 50kWh electricity a day included in booking price. Additional Electricity (more than 50 kWh a day) consumption will be visible in daily electricity meter readings and is charged at 5.00THB/ each unit.
• The consumption of drugs (incl. cannabis) is strictly prohibited.
• Guest are using the private swimming pool at their own risk and follow standard pool safety regulations.
• Parents supervise children's throughout the property and at the pool at all times. Parents are always responsible for children's.
• Manager reserves right to deny use of the swimming pool and to remove guests from the property if repeatedly not abiding to this house rules.

Charged by destination starting from 300-600THB per Car ( SUV or Minivan). 4 SUV and 2 Minivan in 24/7 standby and available on 30 minutes notice. Full-time Driver including a car can be booked from 400THB/ hour. We do not recommend motorbikes. Motorbikes for experienced Drivers only and an underestimated risk. Grab and Navigo available and recommended alternatives. Car rental including Sixt. ONESAMUI VILLAS Driver fleet consist of 6 reliable and licensed drivers available in 24/ 7 standby. Low fees and available on short notice. 300-600THB for one Car (SUV or Minivan) depending on destination. The Villa Manager will arrange car services around the clock. We recommend our reliable car or shuttle service at acceptable fees.
